Download Policy

All our ESOL teaching resources are provided as instant digital downloads.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, a download link will appear on the confirmation page and a copy will also be sent to your registered email address.

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If the issue continues, contact us at esolteachingresources@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

All downloads are for personal teaching use only. You may print or reuse them for your own classes, but redistribution, resale, or sharing the files online is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download link has been delivered.
Please ensure you review all product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing.
